With November comes another round of open enrollment season for government sponsored health insurance. Obama administration officials already took to the airwaves last week, touting the changes in plans for young people, and while admitting the pan comparison process can be a daunting one, its worth it to save you money.
This is not the first time Oliver has gotten in on the Health Insurance debate. As someone who grew up in a country with NHS, he’s got a unique perspective on the US’s health insurance woes. But this time he’s focusing on one of the places that Obamacare didn’t fix, because it was left to the states: the Medicaid gap.
While morons like Ted Cruz are pledging to appeal Obama care “on day one,” it’s issues like this one that people should be focusing on, and getting those hold out states to expand Medicaid properly.
