  1. In Regina, as in many northern cities, the joke goes there are two seasons: winter and construction. Usually road work closes down in mid-October, but the temperatures have been moderate and little to no precipitation. The city pushed finishing up on projects into late October and then undertook many small jobs on the list.
Today they are still at it, and I got caught up in a bypass.
Which in the middle of November is actually good.
If there is construction; then it can’t be winter.

    1. Happy Weekend to you!

re your post above: the weather here in the Boston area has been rather mild for mid-November. I can’t believe it’s already nearing Thanksgiving. it certainly doesn’t *feel* it. But after last year, I’m thankful if we delay the snow a little bit. Of course, last year we had lower-than-average snowfall though mid-January, so it’s way too soon to be counting chickens.

I have a million things to do this weekend, most of them positive even if exhausting so I am looking forward to it even though I need downtime.

And an especially good Friday the 13th to all the black panfurs out there!
